Worlds Most Expensive Office Building to Build: CCTV

worlds-most-expensive-building.jpg

The CCTV building, located in Beijing, China, will be headquarters for China’s state television network, Central Chinese Television. It is scheduled for completion in time for the 2008 Olympics. The unique contorted square was designed by Dutch architect and skyscraper re-inventor, Rem Koolhaas. Very cool, Rem. I’m delirious.

Building Cost: $800 million (estimated)
